‘National Arts Companies Young Artists Education Program’ run by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is a project that provides opportunities for arts major graduates to stand on the stage of national arts companies in order to gain practical experience, and offers various specialized practical training to discover the next generation of K-Culture leaders. For a total of 10 months from March to December 2025, KNB will provide the 25 selected young artists majoring in ballet the opportunity to perform on various stages, and practical capacity-building training that includes classes for stage techniques, makeup, and rehabilitation education for injury prevention. In addition, at the end of the course, there will be a presentation stage where the members get to showcase the results of their hard work and effort.
